Hard to believe that you have been gone physically from my life for several years. You are always with me in spirit dear friend!

Karen and I worked together at St. Mary's convent at Carlow University many years ago, and have remained friends for decades. She and my husband Jim teased each other incessantly while we all worked there, and she was at our wedding in 1988. Christmas 2016 I picked her up at the nursing home and brought her to my house to be with me and my friends. Who else but Karen would have cooked her famous brisket and chocolate cake for me when I had knee surgery a few years ago? I just found out that she passed, and I am heartbroken that I missed being with her family as they laid her to rest. She will never be forgotten and will always be loved and remembered. God bless all of you , and God bless and keep my dear Karen.

Karen, you will be missed. We share many Kenny wood memories that will never be forgotten.

My condolences to family and friends of Karen. I have known her since I was a little kid tagging along with my Mom and sister to GS meetings. She and I had some running jokes that continued whenever I saw her as I grew up and into adulthood. She always had a smile and a laugh for me. She will be missed.

Shirley and I were saddened to learn of Karen's passing. In the many years that I knew her she always had a smile and a pleasant attitude. Please accept our condolences.

Karen was our daughters' Brownie leader. She was kind, sensitive, and creative. Karen had a beautiful and gentle smile. Our thoughts are with her family.
