DR. KAREN MCBEE

I knew her at Baylor as we were both biology majors. She was a sweet spirit and am so sorry to hear of her passing.

I remember fifth grade acheivement tests at North Ward elementary school. Karen was a top student, but on this day was angry with Mrs. Clark and me . Karen received the award for English, but when the teacher announced, 'Gary Newsom' for the math award, she was so red-faced she was almost sweating.
