GREENVILLE and GLENBURN - Karen Lee Small, 59, wife of the late Edward A. Small, died Sept. 26, 2010, at home in Glenburn. She was born Feb. 8, 1951, the daughter of Leslie B. and Wilma (Fitz) Snyder Jr. Karen loved to play bingo, go shopping and go out to lunch with whomever would go. She is survived by a son, Gene L. Trojano Sr. of Levant; a daughter, Bill Lee-Jo Titlow and her husband, Robert, of Trevose, Pa.; a stepson, Edward Small III; a stepdaughter, Rhonda Bickmore, both of Glenburn; four grandchildren, Brooke Black, Gene Trojano II, Robert and Madison Titlow; a brother, Eugene Snyder; three sisters, Tammy Snyder, Teresa Snyder and June McDonough; a special aunt and uncle, Ronald and Betty Tarr; cousins, Vicki Mayhew, Kelly Dutton, James Fitz, Edward Fitz, Lois (Fitz) Carter and Suzanne Fitz; and three very special friends, Joyce and Ken Bowness of Glenburn and Joan Rowe of Greenville. In addition to her parents, Leslie B. Snyder Jr. and Wilma (Fitz) Chase, Karen was predeceased by a sister, Etta (Snyder) Petty; and a very close cousin, Beverly (Fitz) Duran. Friends may call 4 p.m. until the time of memorial services 5 p.m. Thursday at Harvest Chapel, Levant. A private burial will take place at a later date. Those who wish may make donations in Karen's memory to Eastern Maine Hospice, 885 Union St., Suite 220, Bangor, ME 04401. Arrangements are in care of Thompson Funeral Homes, 17 Hudson Road, Corinth.
