Karie was a beautiful person and will be missed by all who knew her. I thank God I had the opportunity to share her spirit, even if it was for such a short time. My prayers go out to her family and a big hug to that little boy she loved so much.

To Karie's family,
I only remember the tiny tot who ran around the gas station from time to time. Tom Ward is our family friend and I wish he and his family sweet memories of Karie to ease the pain of her loss. I heard many stories about the twins especially when they learned to drive. I send our deepest sympathy to everyone who knew and loved Karie. May God Bless you and yours.

Kathie, your love for your sister is the one of the greatest gifts she ever received. She is now sharing all of her memories of you with God, and I'm sure they're having lots of laughs. Although I didn't know Karie personally, I feel like I did because of you. What a wonderful example of sisterhood the two of you shared! I'm wishing you and your family peace and serenity during this time. You are STRONG, and you will be okay knowing that Karie is alive through you and Luke.
Much Love to You, Cryss.

I can honestly say that I have never met a person (patient) that has always shown more concern for everyone around her, rather than for herself.
There is no doubt that she will be sadly missed by many.
With heartfelt sympathy,
Judy

TO ALL OF YOU,
I LOVED KARIE WITH ALL MY HEART - SHE TRULY ENJOYED LIFE AND TAUGHT ME HOW TO BE A BETTER PERSON. HER LOVE AND CONCERN FOR EVERYONE ELSE WAS AMAZING. I TOLD HER OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT SHE WAS MY HERO FOR HOW SHE HANDLED HER ILLNESS WITH SUCH STRENGTH AND COURAGE. EVERYTIME SHE GOT MORE BAD NEWS, SHE NEVER GAVE UP. WHEN I SEE LUKE I SEE KARIE - HE HAS HER ENERGY AND HER SPIRIT - I MADE HER A PROMISE THAT I WILL DO MY PART TO LET HIM KNOW HOW MUCH SHE LOVED HIM. SHE FOUGHT THE FIGHT OF A LIFETIME FOR HIM. I WILL MISS HER VERY MUCH - I SPENT THE LAST 20 YEARS WITH HER NOT ONLY AS A CO-WORKER BUT A GREAT FRIEND AND FOR THAT I WILL BE ETERNALLY GRATEFUL.
IT IS TRULY A SAD DAY FOR ALL OF US THAT LOVED HER.
