I met Glenn when I was about 15 years old. I worked with his wife Norma, and he used to drop by to visit! He had a lot of wit and charm. Always had something to talk about. His laugh was contagious. AND ALWAYS CALLED ME DARLING! He could make an ugly girl feel pretty! I enjoyed dropping by the house and chatting with him! I will definitely miss him!

Many memories from throughout the years flash across my mind. Uncle Glenn had a funny sense of humor. The last few years we had countless phone conversations , talking about anything and everything. I was able to get to know him well. We talked about life present and past, good times and bad, things that were important for him and his fears. He often said that he always felt better after we talked. He and I took a few fishing excursions. We had a blast, feeding the fish more than catching them! He often told me how much he loved me and how proud he was of my accomplishments. There is much more. However, one last thing. The night before he died, I sat by his bed holding hands and talking for a long while. Things in general, about the day I was born, our relationship, being proud of me and how much he loved me. I could see he was tiring * "I think I´m going to call it a night, you be careful driving home Ne´ , love you"
