Katherine (Kathy) L. Kane, 61 of Lehigh Twp., passed away on Monday, March 6, 2023 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born on September 22, 1961 in Easton, she was the daughter of the late Raymond K. and Shirley J. (Mikosky) Rawson. Katherine and her husband, Glenn R. Kane, Sr. celebrated 2 years of marriage together last August. She was employed in customer service for at various organizations throughout the Lehigh Valley. She was an avid gardener, certified beach bum, and was always looking for ways to help others. In addition to her husband, Katherine is survived by her daughter, Corrine Thompson-Melissari and husband, Jeremy; step-son, Glenn R. Kane, Jr. and wife Nicole; brother, Peter Rawson; great-aunt Aggie Rawson and her beloved cat, Buddy. A brother, Raymond preceded Katherine in death. Services: Family and friends may gather on Monday, March 13th from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in the Reichel Funeral Home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton, PA. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Following services, a repast will be held at Samuel Owens Restaurant at 128 Chestnut St, Coplay, PA. Interment will be private. Online condolences may be offered at www.reichelfuneralhome.com. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the American Diabetes Association in loving memory of Kathy.

My dear Corrine, Kathy was beautiful on the outside and the inside as well. Always kind, thoughtful, generous, and a wonderful mother, wife and friend. Her sweet spirit shines through perfectly in her creativity and beautiful flowers. May God bless you and comfort you. Kathy will always be remembered ❤

Kathy was a loving soul and a great person. She built a great Christmas house, and took great care of Glenn , we will miss her terribly, love you , when you to heaven tell them all we miss them God Bless the whole family.
