Katherine Walters Obituary
Katherine L. Walters, 64 of Texarkana, Texas, died Wednesday, April 06, 2011 at her residence.
Mrs. Walters was born February 14, 1947 in Arlington, Virginia. She was a retired Respiratory Therapist for St. Michael Hospital and was a member of the Red Hats Society.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Walters of Texarkana, Tx.; two sons and daughters in-law, Sammy & Jo Ann Bryant of Texarkana, Tx. and David & Tonya Berton of Texarkana, Ar.; one daughter and her companion, Denise Jefferson & Buddy Nelson of Ashdown, Ar.; one brother, Everett English of Florida; two sisters, Betsy Tuttle of Virginia and Jocelyn Stevens of South Carolina; 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday at Texarkana Funeral Home, Texas with Deacon David Fowler officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to Animal Care & Adoption Center, 203 Harrison St., Texarkana, Ar. 71854 or to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center-P.O. Box 4486, Houston, Tx.77210.
