Kathleen Anne Pearrow (Rinehart)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kathleen Anne Pearrow on March 14, 2023. Kathleen is survived by her children, Alan and his wife Tina of Elyria, OH; Susie and her husband Kenny of Ripley, TN; and Sarah and her husband Phil of Summit, NJ.

Kathleen was born August 12, 1942, in Grand Rapids, Michigan to mother Donna (Voss) and father Lawrence Rinehart, both who predeceased her. She grew up in a Catholic home as the eldest daughter, attending Catholic schools and enjoying her studies and being involved with the school plays. She married Ray Winterhalter also of Grand Rapids, Michigan in September of 1962 in their hometown. Ray preceded her death in 2015.

Kathleen was a doting mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She loved her family and friends with her whole heart, always thinking of them and doing as much as she could for them. She worked most of her career in the aeronautical industry, spanning Virginia, Michigan, and Tennessee, making life-long friends along the way. She was an avid reader and lover of education and passed those traits on to her family. She retired in Tennessee and enjoyed volunteering, knitting, reading, and most of all spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed.

Kathleen is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren (Stephen, Jennifer, Ashley, Alexander, Bella, Sydney, Lydia, Heidi, Dawn, Ciara, Brayden, Cameron, and Dominick), and by her brothers and sister, Larry, Jim, Bob, Sue, and Tom.

Kathleen requested to be cremated. There will be a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, May 6, 2023, 3:00pm, Macedonia Baptist Church, 6950 Edith-Nankipoo Road, Ripley TN.
