Kay,
May you be with the Lord, in the place he has for you.
Your smile and friendly attitude got to our hearts.
May your family console with the thought that you were loved.
A relatively recent photo of Mme. Audette.

Kay was a truly beautiful lady with a calm, quick wit. She was always cordial and expressed an interest and often a deep knowledge of worldly and local events. Fun to interact with and a constant presence in the college.

Everyone at Vanier knew Kay Audette. You couldn't get into your office without first being introduced to her. She was very professional and helpful in her work and a wonderful person to know, always interested in what you were doing. She may have left her desk for a well deserved rest, but she still fills a big place in our memories.

Kay Audette was a fixture at Vanier from the day I started in 1971. Always friendly and always efficient, she never lost a key, but was tolerant of those of us who did. She'll be missed.

I don't remember the date that Kay first started at Vanier, but I do remember that when she arrived chaos left, never to return. Although she was always super competent and in control of her domain what stands out most was her friendly attitude and welcoming smile. She was, and will always be remembered as, “ the lady” of Vanier College.

Madame Audette will be missed by so many. She was at Vanier In 1971 when I started my career and still there years after I retired. Last year I visited the College and told her how much I admired her hard work, reliability and professionalism. Vanier was fortunate indeed to have such a lady for so many years. She will be missed .
Condolences.

Kay Audette hired me to work in the office with her at Vanier College in 1991. I admired her and was in awe of her great memory and intelligence. We became dear friends and I will miss her. May you rest in peace Kay.

I was very saddened to hear of Mme Audette's passing. When I first started working at Vanier in 1979 it was with Mme Audette in the Service Dept. In the last few years, anytime I would visit her office we would talk about her dog(s) or my grandchild. I still drive by her home on Taylor remembering her dog lying on the balcony. She was an amazing lady. She will be missed by many. My sympathies to her family. May she rest in peace.

We both worked for many years with Kay at Vanier College. It seems hard to imagine her not at her usual desk, keeping meticulous track of her domain. Kay was calm and capable whenever there were issues, and she soon sorted them out. She will be remembered. May she rest in peace.
Our Deepest Sympathy to her Family,
Pat and Jeanne

I worked with Kay for many, many years at Vanier College. I am saddened by her passing. She was a great colleague; our 'go to' person to get things done. I especially enjoyed her quick wit and humor during our chats. I miss her.
