Kathleen Cooke Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 11, 2024.
Kathleen (Kathy) Marie Cooke of Cokato, MN unexpectedly passed away on May 31, 2024.

After a year- long battle with cancer in 2011, Kathy moved to Cokato, MN and lived a quiet life. She was a loving and giving sister and friend. Her quiet personality shone through with a sense of humor that could catch you off-guard. Whoever encountered her, loved her "gift of gab" and her bright spirit. She will be missed forever and is in our hearts for eternity. She loved animals and was a true Minnesota Twins and Vikings fan. Kathy is survived by six sisters: Barb Dubbels (Kenn), Gloria Matysik, Yvonne Thomas, Patti Bennett (Mark), Robin Cooke, and Deb Mattison (Mark), and one brother: Keith Cooke. Many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by Robert Cooke (Father), Margaret Morehouse (Mother), David Cooke (Brother), and Paul and Trady Yetzer (Special Family). A celebration of Kathy's life will be on Saturday June 29th from Noon to 4:00 pm at the "The Blessing House" in Victoria, MN. Please come and share a memory or two and celebrate our sister Kathy with us.
