Myself, along with my family, wish to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for all the kind words, prayers, and well wishes. If my mother carries on one legacy; it's strength, hope and perseverance for life. She achieved and conquered so much, and touched so many lives; yet, in the end, she leaves behind a true testament of how much faith the human spirit can truly endure the test of time.

My most sincere condolences to Kathy's family. She was my second mother of sorts when I worked in her office at Clark. I will always remember her dependable teasing, her sense of humor, and her unending generosity. We had LOTS of fun at work. Truly a spectacular woman.

To the Denio Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I met Kathy many years ago through the Swishers, through out the years I would see her on the baseball fields, the school events and church. She was always smiling and friendly. My deepest sympathy to you all and may you find peace and comfort in the wonderful memories you have in the days ahead.

What a beautiful tribute to Kathy this morning. Every moment of the Mass was special. I was especially touched by Margaret's words and by the song by John Denver. Kathy seemed to be sending a message to those she loved through his words. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers.

To The Denio Family,

Having been one of the truly fortunate ones who knew and worked closely with Kathy at Clark, I could repeat all of her wonderful qualities. However, all of these qualities, I am sure, are known well by each of you. I feel blessed to have known Kathy, not only as a co-worker, but a true friend as well. Her kind, caring and loving ways will be missed by all. Not to mention that great smile.
My deepest sympathies to each of you. I am so very sorry for you loss.
May God Bless You.

Dear Wayne, Kellie, Tim, John and Stephen -
Kathy was a special lady. When I first started working at Clark, she made me feel right at home within a day. She always had a bright smile, and adored her family. We were eternally grateful for the two puppies Kathy gave to us, both of which were greatly loved. Kathy will be deeply missed.

To the Denio Family:

I've been a friend of Steven's since we were teenagers in high school. And although it has been at least a decade since I've seen or spoken to her, I can almost still hear her voice in my head. I treasure that. I'll continue to remember Kathy as always being so nice and caring towards me and I only wish I had more time to know her even more closely. I do know she was a great mom and she will be missed. My prayers and sympathies to you all.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man.

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Dear Wayne and Family,

John and I were deeply saddened when we heard from Bill Burke that we had lost our youngest cousin, Kathy. We are thinking of you and extend to you our heartfelt sympathy.

It seems like only yesterday when the Powers' cousins joined together for a dinner and fun-filled evening at the Spencer Country
Inn last July. We shared, via colorful and humorous stories, memories of our childhood. Most especially, we remarked that Kathy had joined right in with references to our youthful antics! In addition to her laughter and spontaneity, Kathy's warm, personable, and gracious sense of 'family' came through loud and clear.

In the past year, we have learned of Kathy's courage, strength, optimism, religious devotion, and her loving sense of family from those whose lives have been enriched and indelibly touched forever..

Your dear Kathy may be gone from our reach but never from our
hearts.. May the gentle sunshine of her memory be echoed through her gentleness and laughter.

With our deepest condolences,
John and Mary Ann Rudella
