Kathleen Klose (nee Fay) 76, died April 17, 2025 at Royal Suited Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Galloway Township, NJ. Wife of the late Frederick Klose and the daughter of the late Vincent J Fay and Edith M. Carroll she is survived by sister Edith and brothers Vincent (Sue) and Patrick (Maryann) Fay. She will be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Formerly from Philadelphia, she was a proud graduate of Little Flower High School and worked 41 years at the National Board of Medical Examiners. Kathy was a warm and caring woman who was most generous to the less fortunate, veterans and animals. A 10 am mass will be celebrated May 12, 2025 at St. George Church, 1370 River Road, Titusville, NJ 08560, Internment will take place immediately following at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pa 18940.
