Frank Polk, M.D., and devoted mother of Sarah Polk, MD and her husband, David George of Baltimore, MD and Genevieve Polk of Berkeley, CA; loving grandmother of Maxine and Gavin George of Baltimore, MD; dear sister of Elaine O'Regan of Hartsdale, NY, Margaret Dalva of New York, NY, and the late Peter Gelinas; also survived by nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be offered at 11 AM on January 8, 2011 in St. Ignatius Church, 740 N. Calvert St, Baltimore, MD 21202. Interment private.
