Kathleen Elizabeth Richards

Feb 8 1917 - Aug 15 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce that Mom passed away peacefully at Royal City Manor in New Westminster, B.C. She was predeceased by her loving husband Henry. Born in Adelaide, Australia, she lived in London, England, and then moved to Vancouver in 1941 where she met Dad at St. Andrew's Wesley Church. She is lovingly remembered by son John (Anne), daughters Sandra (David Hill), and Sheila (Jack McCutcheon) and grandchildren Heather (Tom), Brent (Suzanne), Mark (Julie), Graeme (Karen), Rob (Kristy), Laura (Jamie), Leanne and Katie and 14 great grandchildren. Despite years of debilitating pain, she remained positive, cheerful and determined to be independent. Special thanks to Gilmore Gardens and Royal City Manor for their kindness and compassionate care. We love you Mom. A private family service will be held this fall.
