Kathleen M Sadowski

Kathleen M Sadowski Worcester - Kathleen (Cote) Sadowski, 76, of Worcester, passed away on Friday, June 16, 2023, at Brigham & Women's Hospital, with her family at her side, after a long valiant battle with lung cancer, but it never stopped her from giving out the best hugs.

She leaves her husband John T. Sadowski, her son, Bernard Whipple and Denise Whipple, her granddaughter Nicole and husband Jaimin Patel and great-grandson Tristan Patel, a stepson Michael and wife Tracey Sadowski, a stepdaughter Andrea and husband John Krammes and grandchildren Noah, Molly and Owen Krammes; her brothers Lawrence and Kenneth Cote; her sisters Patricia Barton, Virginia Confer, Kimberly Bovenzi and Jennifer Cote. She was preceded in death by her brothers Michael and Brian Cote and sisters Margaret Levesque and Laureen Ernst.

She was born in Worcester on August 16, 1946, the daughter of the late Lawrence F. and Marie (Spring) Cote. Kathy and John enjoyed bowling, golfing, playing cards, going to the casino and dancing everywhere they visited especially Ireland. She truly loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandson.

We would like to thank all the nurses who cared for her at Brigham, especially Nicole, Dr. Samaha at St. Vincent's Hospital and Dr Awad at Dana Farber.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Donations in Kathy's memory may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, 450 Brookline Avenue, Boston, MA.
