Kathleen Wethington Obituary
Kathy found what she was best at later in life. She was a Beautician that made every hair she touched shine with style. This was a natural talent for her. This talent was also why Kathy was such a great artist, painting many wonderfully detailed scenes from her heart and soul. Kathy's main goal while being with her friends was to have fun. She was funny and made people laugh. Despite many challenges along her journey through life, she was persistently dedicated to keep going and find happiness in all that life presented.
We will honor Kathy's life with a Funeral Mass on Monday, February 3rd at 10:30am at St. James the Greater Church in White Oak (3565 Hubble Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247). A Reception (or as Kathy called it "After-Party") will be held after the Mass at Snow's Lakeside Tavern(4344 Dry Ridge Rd, Cincinnati 45252) from 12pm to 4pm. Please attend to tell stories of Kathy and have fun.... That was always her last wish.

I met her at Evie and Kenny´s house
A bonfire at Evie and Kenny´s
All our time together was special
She tol us about going to Frickers restaurant, and when she asked the waitress what was good, everything was frickin good. We laughed about that all night.
She was funny, always laughed, never complained, was a good friend to everyone.
She did my hair too.
She did a great Barbara Streisand impression!

I've known some of Kathy's family for a long time, and I was fortunate to finally meet Kathy in person just a few years ago. Such a lively and friendly person, and I was lucky to get to dance the night away with her!

I will always cherish the times we spent together, especially from my childhood. Our sleepovers at your "cool" apartment, letting me tag along on your golf outings with Joyce (letting me steer the cart, lol), shopping at North Gate mall, hosting me and my friends during our weekend trips to Cincinnati, all things HAIR, and our endless belly laughs! You will always hold a special place in my heart. I love you always! Krista
