Kathryn Blair Swarthout

I am sorry to hear of Kate's death, and extend my condolences to Miles and the family. She led a rich life, and by sharing her talents, blessed the lives of many people. I include myself in that number.

I met Kathryn at a Western Writers of America convention. She was a lovely and encouraging woman and I was especially impressed with the twinkle in her eye as we talked. She and her family will be in my prayers.
