Kathryn Wistuk Obituary
AGE: 85 • Bangor, PA
Kathryn L Wistuk, 85, of Bangor, PA passed away Friday, September 8th, at Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice, Freedon Twp., NJ.
Kathryn was born in Chicago, IL on April 17, 1932, a daughter of the late Mildred Ann (Wiggins) Green and Rev. William P. Green.
She was the widow of Michael Wistuk, Sr., who passed away in 2000. Kathryn was a graduate of Weequachic High School, Newark NJ and then attended Bob Jones University, Greenville South Carolina.
Kathryn is survived by four daughters, Melissa K. Palumbo, Amanda L. Mattalian, Jessica L. Wistuk-Kuzmics, and Bronwyn M. Hanley; five sons, Michael Wistuk, Jr., Todd Wistuk, Joshua Wistuk, Benjamin Wistuk, and Bartholomew Wistuk, two brothers, three sisters, and a bunch of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the James J. Palmeri Funeral Home, 6602 Alpha Ave., Martins Creek, PA, at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, September 12th with Pastor Dan Christenson officiating. Family and friends are invited to call Monday, September 11th, from 6 - 8 PM and on Tuesday, September 12th, from 10 - 11:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Online condolences maybe be offered at palmerifuneralhome.com.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Bible Church of Mt. Zion, 7742 N. Delaware Dr., Bangor, PA 18013.
