We never met Katie, although I wish we had. I often times think of how everything could have been different if we did. I find some solace hoping that you, Anthony, and your son are now at peace. I still think of you.

I'm deeply sorry for this family's loss. Katie was a talented, caring person. Mr. Fusco was as well.

Katie,
I did not know you or your family personally, but being a local and hearing your story broke my heart. I hope your soul is at peace. Your family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers. I cant imagine what they must be going through. Very sorry.

Katie Rose I remember the joy your parents had the day you became theirs, that was the day the family became complete. Nicole was so happy to be a big sister and that she got to name her new baby sister. A beautiful strong young woman and mother,I am proud to be your Aunt. Love you always.

Katie,
I'm so sorry you're no longer here to continue what I'm sure would have been a great career as an artist and a wonderful life as a mother.
Utmost condolences to the family...I'm so sorry that Katie's journey ended before it should have. I can't imagine the pain you must be feeling right now.
She deserved more, I'm heartbroken she didn't get it.
Rest In Peace.

You take your brush across the canvas, each stroke reminiscent of all those prior, though each one unique in their own realm.
On its own, a single brush stroke tells no story, but collectively they tell stories of the past, the present and the future.
Each stroke of the brush is another word, each rinse of the brush is the commencement of a new chapter,
To write a novel is an impressive feat, no doubt... to write a novel without the use of a single word is a feat unlike any other.
The story being told is one only the artist knows the details of, but it is left to be interpreted by many.
The painting may have been conceived in a moment of gratitude and faith, in a second of hopes and dreams, or during a time of heartache and sorrow,
To paint is to bring your memories of what has been and your wonder of what will be and put them on display to be seen and critiqued by all.
By displaying your creations, you put your personal stories in the spotlight,
It may showcase your smallest of accomplishments or your greatest of insecurities,
Regardless of the story you choose to tell, the painting-
Katie, the memory of you is one that is forever imprinted in my thoughts. You were such a profound light in a world where light is often hard to find, but you continued to shine bright. There was so much left for you to create, to dream of, to love, but that chance was taken from you, and from all of those that would have had the privilege to be a part of your journey. I've left this piece unfinished to represent all of the moments you no longer have the opportunity to experience in the physical world. I hope and pray you're at peace, and at a place where only the greatest of dreams can bring you.
To your family and friends, I wish you all, all of the strength and courage in the world. My sincerest of condolences and prayers in this time of heartache and sorrow.
