To my cousins, Ken, Nadine and Penny
My thoughts are with all of you and your families as we remember. Auntie Kay was so special to me and as a kid she took the time to teach me baking and cooking. She would spend the entire day with me in the kitchen and kick my mom out of the premises. I so appreciate the individual time and patience she had with me. The times on the farm are great memories too. She taught me how to build a smuge to keep mosquitos away, I shall never forget the hard worker and excellect standards she adheared by. My fondest memories are of playing kanasta til late in the evening. She was a grand Auntie who always had a sly wink and a warm smirky smile for me! She will be dearly missed!

Dear, Ken, Nadine, Penny, and Families:
My dear sister Kayt being 4th in line and myself Joanna being 14th in our family. She was a great teacher and not a speck of shirking but worked till whatever time and energy it took to get the work done, whether at home or on the farm. We had such fun times with donuts and raspberry picking on the farm. Such a self-determined lady that enjoyed a good laugh. She was so proud of her children and was getting anxious to meet her dear husband Bill again. I think it is so wonderful when I think of the great reunion it must have been with seeing her parents and siblings again. I will remember her fondly as my dear older sister and miss hearing stories she would tell me of living as a child on the farm.
From your dear Auntie, Joanna xo

To Ken, Nadine, Penny & Families,
You are all on our minds because you are in our hearts at this time.We are feeling your loss & grief and pray that your shared memories with one another & your appreciation for the beautiful legacy left by your Mom & Baba will help fill the void created by this loss. I regarded Aunt Kay as an "elegant lady" who was always up for the challenge & will continue to fondly remember her as such.

Nadine, Ken & Penny:
There is a human bond that connects us all. It may be like a delicate thread, but in special times it becomes like a line of steel that helps to bind us, one to another.
This strand makes our sorrows more bearable, and in the long run that is what really matters. Auntie Kay will be missed by her family and her friends, but the thread of our human bonds will always keep some part of her with you. I hope it will be an added source of comfort to you all at this time of grief to know that others care.
Love from the bottom of our hearts,
Auntie Eileen, Carolyn, Matthew & Madison

Dearest Nadine, Ken & Penny, I'm passing my sincere condolences to you all and your families. I had the opportunity to see Auntie Kay when she was still active earlier this year, until her latest battle with the strokes. I will miss her dearly and I hope that you will continue to keep her spirit alive within all of you and your families. I know I will!!! Also I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity of being one of Auntie Kay's pallbearers.
Love always your cousin

For Kenny,Penny, Nadine and Family,
In Loving Memory of Aunt Kay
Her soul set forth on a journey
Borne up in wings in flight,
Majestic wings guiding her
To Heaven's purest light.
The angels kiss her softly,
She feels no grief or woe.
Radiant as a diamond -
Her spirit all aglow.
Loved ones there await her
God's Glory all around
Sparkling with the stars above
She now wears Heaven's crown .

Dear Penny, Nadine and Ken,
The kindness and caring compassion that only a "Mother" has ever been to each and every one of us cannot be expressed with words or voices.
The memories of my youth and how our families shared time together will always and all ways remain in me.
Auntie Kay would always have an open door to visit, talk and share. Every single time I drove on 137 Avenue I would turn my head to see where Auntie Kay lived . . . I would smile with the memories of my younger years. These smiles were because of your Mom!
My sincere condolences at this time for you all . . .
Love,
Doug Belsek
