SCHACTER, KAY (nee Wolfman). After a valiant struggle on Thursday March 23, 2006. Beloved wife of Joseph. Devoted mother and mother-in-law of Shelley and Brian Rondeau, Lorne and Marlene Schacter, and Abbe Schacter. Cherished grandmother of eight. Sister and sister-in-law of Pearl and the late Saul Clement, the late Abe Wolfman. Sister-in-law of Jean and the late Nat Puritt, Vera and Aubrey Dutch, Clarke and Una Schacter, Bernard and Pauline Schacter. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service from Paperman and Sons 3888 Jean Talon W. on Sunday March 26 at 11:30 a.m. Burial at the B'nai Brith Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva at her home. Contributions in her memory may be made for breast cancer research c/o Jewish General Hospital, (514) 340-8251.
