SCHARF, Kay Suddenly on Wednesday, September 30, 2009, aged 73 years. Kay Scharf (Brown) of Kemptville and formerly of Kars. Beloved wife of Donald Scharf. Cherished mother of Kevin (Nancy) and Lorie Miller (Robert). Loving grandmother of Zachary, Amanda, Alicia and Katrina. Dear sister of Ed Brown (Gail), Jim Brown (June) and Wilda Hicks. Predeceased by her twin brother, Keith and her parents Sarah Ethel Brown and Howard Brown. Friends may call at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars (East of Hwy 416) on Sunday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Carsonby United Church on Monday at 1 p.m. Interment Rideauvale Cemetery. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Arthritis Society or the Lung Association. Tributes, condolences or donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com

Dearest Sister, as almost a year is here the pain is still like your accident was yesterday. I miss you soooo much no one will every know how much. I know you are in a better place but now I talk to you daily in spirit. I would love to see your smiling face and get your big hug. You will live in my heart forever.
