Keith Douglas Blevins BLUFF CITY, Tenn. Keith Douglas Blevins, age 57, passed away on Oct. 15, 2010, at his residence. He was born in Bristol, a son to the late Eugene and Cleo Hays Blevins, and was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area. Survivors include wife, Charlotte Blevins; son, Ricky Depew and wife, Angel; daughter, Rhonda Williams and husband, David; sister, Janice Boothe and husband, Bill; brothers, Lonnie Blevins and wife, Kim, Tony Blevins and wife, Patty, and Jerry Blevins and wife, Connie; grandchildren, Scarlett Rose Depew, Ricky Lee Depew Jr., Cody Williams, and Joseph Williams; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 4 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Eugene Brockley officiating. Committal service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m. at Crumley Cemetery. Pallbearers include: Wayne Mumpower, Wayne Mumpower, Jr., Douglas Taylor, Brian Blevins, Scotty Williams, Josh Taylor, Jack Taylor, Jeff Taylor, and Joseph Mumpower. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:30 to 4 p.m. prior to the service.
