I consider myself very lucky to have spent some wonderful moments with Keith at Dartmouth and our fraternity, and he will be with me forever. My deepest condolences to Keith's family and to all of his friends.

Keith was a great man, who really lived life to the fullest. Athletic, funny, and an unmatched intellect; I am better for having know him. We all miss him.

I knew Keith as a friend and fraternity brother at Dartmouth. He was a bright, friendly and intelligent man, and the world is a poorer place for his passing.

Jill, I was very sorry to hear of Keith's passing. My deepest sympathies to you, your children, and the Broughton family. I was one of Keith's fraternity brothers, and I recall the joy with which he lived his life when I used to see him every day. I will remember him that way.

I'll never forget his laugh, his willingness to help anyone at anytime, or the cheerfulness he brought through song. Keith will be missed by everyone who met him.

I had the privilege of living with Keith for all of freshman and most of sophomore year at Dartmouth. So many wonderful memories of Keith that I will always cherish. His passing leaves a blank spot in my heart. Prayers and thoughts to Jill and the whole Broughton Family

In the basement of Topliff hall Keith invited me to join his new, not-yet-named a cappella group just because I had a deep voice. He taught me to sing. Though it has been years since we've been in touch, I feel his loss acutely and cannot begin to express my sympathy for his family and closest friends.

I'm sorry to hear about Keith. My thoughts and prayer go out to his family. Although i haven't seen Keith since he was 9,his first season of baseball was my first year coaching. He was very well behaved and a joy to have coached. He was one of a few that after nearly 30 years still make it one of the most memorable. He will live forever in my thoughts and memories.He was as the saying goes"One In A Million.

To everyone in the family...
You and Keith have been in our thoughts and prayers. We love and miss Keith so much and can't believe what has happened. But we also know that God's grace and peace are with you now, more than ever. Our love to all.

I am overwhelmed with pride to have known Keith his entire life. He was an exceptional friend, mentor, pal, and buddy. He helped me and many others to repair bikes, sail, build sailing flotillas made of wood and barrels, catch, clean and cook fish, build tree houses, meet ladies, discuss colleges, work, families and mature gracefully. He did all of this with encouraging words, smiles, and a laugh. Keith had a wonderful gift for making the intricate simple and the complex clear when passionately working on or explaining anything. Given another week he would have cured what ailed him and given this world yet another one of his selfless gifts. He is terribly missed already.

So sorry to hear the news. Like others have noted, I have great memories of Keith from Glee Club, and will really miss his spirit. My thoughts are with his family who must be hurting from this sudden loss.

Whenever the Broughtons show up for an event one knew it would be WAY better than originally planned. Keith is going to be missed in so many ways. I am so sorry to hear about Keith's sudden passing.... my thoughts and prayers are with the Broughton family.

I was a fraternity brother of Keith at Dartmouth and just saw him about 6 weeks ago here in Seattle when I finally realized he lived so close. I am terribly sorry to hear the news- he was a great guy and seemed to love being a Dad and a Husband. So sorry for your loss, and so glad I got to see him one last time before he passed.

Jill, we are so very sorry for your loss and we are praying for you and your family. Our hearts also go out to Keith's parents and sister. We were powerfully moved at his service yesterday. We could see and feel the depth of love and respect Keith inspired in the lives of everyone he touched. He was an amazing man and will be deeply missed.
