Chief Chandler gave me my first police job. Every time I looked up he was there to back me up not just sitting behind the desk. He loved to serve and work hard. He was a good man. May you Rest In Peace.

Keith was always a good friend who would go out of his way to help you, regardless of what needed to be done. He also enjoyed modeling clothes on the golf course and helping Belinda out with her photography. Our prayers are with Patti and the rest of the family. Keith is in a much better place now.

I hired Keith as Police Chief when I was serving as City Manager in Melbourne. It was one of the best decisions I made. He was an excellent Chief, and I enjoyed working with him.

Thanks Chief for giving me the chance to work for the best agency in Brevard County back in 1989. You left your imprint on Melbourne PD. You will be missed. Praying for peace for your family. Rest easy Sir, we have it from here.

I worked for Chief of Police Keith Chandler during his time at the Melbourne Police Department. I served in many roles and he treated me well and with respect. He was a very affable man but make no mistake, he knew how to command a police department. I see there is a spot for my relationship in the information about me section. I'm going to say I was his friend. I am very sad at his passing but I salute the man and the memory of his work.

A great Chief of Police who practiced community policing decades ago—when no one else was. Keith was also an excellent professor and a wonderful mentor and friend. Patti: Please accept my sympathy, prayers and love.
