Keith Dale Cotter, 72 OCEANSIDE -- Keith Dale Cotter, 72, died Sunday, November 30, 2008, at home in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with his wife of 50 years, Anne, and his sons, Michael, Darren and David at his side. Keith was born in Dodge City Kansas on Jan 11th 1936. He graduated from Dodge City High in 1954 and attended Dodge City Junior College. After college, Keith joined the Navy where he served aboard the USS Rogers for two years and he was then stationed at the navy base on Guam. In 1958 while serving aboard the Rogers, he visited Australia where he met his future wife, Anne. They were married in Vancouver B. C. Canada on Sept. 20th 1958. Anne and Keith moved to Oceanside, California in 1960 where Keith began working for San Diego Gas and Electric Company. While working and raising a family, he earned a bachelor's degree from Chapman College in 1973. He retired and moved to Coeur d'Alene in 1991. Per Keith's wishes, no service will be held.
