to Keiths family

It is with sympathy that we write these words, our thoughts are with you at this time. Keith was a friend from years back but still remember fun times. Politics and parties were the order of the day. Still remember snakes and the Lake Cres. address. When we think of Keith we think of fun. He will be missed.
Very sincerely Reg and Adele Schafer

I shall always remember my cousin Keith as a bluff, jovial, larger than life character who was nevertheless thoughtful and caring. He was great company, with a dry sense of humour. I particularly appreciate his support for my father, his uncle Harry, when Keith lived with his mother Eileen at Mottingham. Martin and I are thinking of Keith's family in Canada at this sad time.

Duff, Tobi and Alex
Our heartfelt condolences to you on this sad occasion. I remeber Keith from times in London with Grandpa and Eileen, and was most relieved to make contact with him (and you guys) during my trip across Canada. Our thoughts are with you.

I am very sorry and surprised to hear that Keith has checked out so soon. I'm sending warm thoughts your way. I remember him as an excellent conversationalist and someone who was quite civil to me.

Dear Family of Keith's...we were saddened to hear of Keith's passing but we do know that Heaven has been enriched. We knew Keith through politics and partying on the side. Our memories hold much laughter. We could always be assured of a fun filled time when Keith was around. He truly was 'one of a kind'. We know how much you will miss him. But you hold many awesome memories as well and no one can ever take those away from you. Our special thoughts and prayers are with you. RIP Keith. Lots of love, Ron & Mary-Lynn Waschuk

I worked with your father at the beginning of my teacher career in Marcelin. As has been said by others who knew him well, he was a "one of a kind"!! My sincere condolences to you on the passing of your father.

Duff, Tobi and Alex:

I am one of the many ex-wife's of Harold Lane, and remember Keith dearly. He was just such a great guy with a wonderful sense of humour and always made me laugh, even in sometimes very trying circumstances.
I worked for him in two Saskatoon by-elections and thoroughly enjoyed working for him - I remember he kept a snake (python?) in his office at Regina, much to the horror of the staff at the office.

We always looked forward to a visit from Keith, as it was guaranteed to be a visit filled with lots of laughs and stories from him.

I had the privilege of seeing him a couple of months ago and he was still the same Keith that he always was.
He will be very much missed and I want to express my very sincere condolences to all of you.

There was no one like him, and we have lost a very unique wonderful individual.

Alex, you won't remember, but I saw you when you were a very very little girl, and I heard from Keith that you have turned into a wonderful person, as Tobi and Duff have as well. That made Keith very happy and proud.

Take care and my thoughts are with all of you.

Tobi & Duff:
My condolences to you on the passing of your father. I have wonderful memories of him and his time at Marcelin. He was also very instrumental in supporting my mother's investiture to the Saskatchewan Order of Merit. He had a great sense of humour! He will be remembered!
