Keith Michael Petrosky, 44, of Lacona, Iowa, passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at his home. He was born on December 27, 1969 in Vineland, NJ to Frank M. Petrosky and Elizabeth E. White (Fulton). He is a graduate of Vineland High School. He then attended Mountain View College in Dallas, Texas, and Utah State University, majoring in classical guitar. Keith was a gifted musician and guitar instructor at M & M Music Studio in the 1990s in Vineland, NJ. He was the lead guitarist in numerous bands, including most notably the Jason Brown Country Band, located in Des Moines, Iowa, which toured throughout the Midwest.

He belonged to the St. Augustine Catholic Parish in Milo, Iowa and served in the Knights of Columbus.

Keith was a loving son, husband, father, brother, and uncle. His father, Frank M. Petrosky, preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Dawn Petrosky of Lacona, IA; daughters, Christianna Petrosky of Taiwan, and Amanda Petrosky & Kelsey Linton of Lacona, IA; mother, Elizabeth E. White & her husband, Wayne White of St. Petersburg, FL; step-mother, Valentina Petrosky of Amarillo, TX; sister, Sonya E. Coant & brother-in-law, Charles I. Coant, Esquire of Vineland, NJ; and niece & nephew, Angela N. Christaldi & Charles I. Coant, Jr. of Vineland, NJ.

A funeral mass and inurnment have already transpired last week in Iowa. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward the scholarship of Amanda Petrosky, care of Dawn H. Petrosky, P.O. Box 171, Lacona, IA 50139.
