I love Poppy and miss him.

Vanessa and Chris, I am so saddened to hear of your loss. We spent some great times together at Mock Trial. I remember "thunder and lightening." Good memories. Keith was a good man. Generous and kind. I know he is with his Savior now.

How could anyone forget Keith Whipple ! I grew up in Bourg and knew of his many accomplishments. I ran into him at the local post office several years back when he reminisced in detail about how he used to pick okras for my dad and grandpa when he was a young teenager. He was such a wonderful character never ever to be forgotten ! God bless his family and friends .

He was my favorite Uncle. I miss him dearly and wish I could have seen him before he passed. Vanessa if there is anything you need or just wanna talk. let me know Flu

As I enjoy my orange this morning, thoughts and reflections on Mr. Keith's continuous thirst for knowledge, the idyllic supportive and loving husband he was, the pride in his eyes as he shared stories of his grandchildren and citrus trees, and his humble demeanor. The good Lord made a special soul with Mr. Keith. Prayers for strength for all and special prayers for understanding for the precious grandchildren.

So sorry for your loss. I remember good times growing up together. We had fun at Family gatherings and I know everytime I would see Keith, he would say we need to have a Whipple Reunion. He said we need to do this because the Whipple's are fading out too fast! So sorry we did not get together to have a family reunion. You will be missed cousin Keith and you will not be forgotten. The loss of someone who was special in life is never easy. I had the pleasure of knowing Keith through my association with Vanessa. What a great man. Always a smile, never a complaint. Vanessa, I know your heart is broken, as you and Keith were a true love match to the very last. Keith will be watching and longing to be reunited with you, but you still have work to do here, and to live that love you had with him through your child and grandchildren. May you find peace as you go forward, acceptance that Keith is at rest, and strength in knowing that God's love has called his child home, where we can all hope to be reunited one day.

Keith and Vanessa took us in and gave us a place to live for months after Hurricane Katrina. I shall always be grateful to him.

Aunt V, I want to thank for being a great demonstrator of love in your marriage to Uncle Keith. You both loved each other more than any couple I know. Christopher, you sure are lucky to have had such a cool Papi. I love you both and I’m here for you.

Great guy with a big heart. Funny story-teller. Insightful and sharp mind. I started my legal career with Mr. Keith Whipple when I was only 23 years old and spent my early years working with him under his guidance.
Keith was a tough Attorney who knew his way around the courtroom. We tried some interesting legal cases together and established a reputation for thorough and successful legal representation of clients. Keith also knew the community and just about everyone in it. And everyone knew Mr. Whipple.
I am honored to call MR. KEITH WHIPPLE my professional law partner and friend.
