Kelly Cutshall Obituary
His mother and father stated, "JR was loved by all who knew him and will be remembered for his gentle, loving, caring spirit and will be greatly missed."
He was a former employee of Jost International.
He was of the Church of God tradition of faith.
Survivors include his mother: Tonia Cutshall; father: Kelly William Cutshall Sr.; sisters: Carlie Cutshall and Kristen Cutshall; grandparents: Mary and Dale Seaton and Charles and Carla Brown; aunts and uncles: Julie Shipley, Charlene Smelcer, Brenda Brown, Deanna and Jimmy Morgan, Jessica and Tommy Price, Crystal and Sam Wilhoit, and Ashley Brown; several cousins, including special cousins: Gary Ealey, Kalub Foshie, Hannah Shipley, Lydia Shipley, and Corey and Cody Morgan; great-aunt: Leota Jones; and special friends: Zak Thi Bodeaux, Barbara Shelton, Tiffany Bare, and TJ Hensley.
He was preceded in death by grandparents: Charles Cutshall and Phyllis Pierce, and great-grandparents: Johnny and Lucy Kate Smelcer, James and Lucille Brown, Marie and Isaac Jones, and Dessie Reagan.
The body will be cremated.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Kiser-Rose Hill Funeral Home.
Following visitation, any friends that would like to join the family to share memories of Kelly are asked to meet at the upper pavilion at Horse Creek Park.
The family requests monetary donations be sent to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.

Tonia, I am Barbara's Mother, I had met J.R. for the first time about a week ago, He seemed like a very polite, sweet, Handsome young man, he talked to me like he had known me all his life, I cried when Barbara told me what had happened. I know my daughter loved him. My prayers and thoughts are with you. If you need anything let Barbara know.
