Ken and extended family; I got to know Ken Jr. when he was a resident at a Meridian nursing home where I work. I came to love him and enjoy the time we got to spend together during his therapy. My heart is heavy with sorry for each and every one of you. I saw alot of Ken Sr. in him as he would crack a joke or just say something off the wall to make us laugh. He was truly a treasure that I am blessed to have spent time with. You are all in my thoughts and prayers as well as Mike's; and I know that God will walk with you and when the road gets to rough He will carry you. Take comfort in knowing that God is always there with you. I am sorry that we will be out of town and not able to attend his memorial service. (George Carpenter's daughter-in-law)
