I was introduced to Ken by one of my friends who lived with him. Ken took him under his wing after his father passed away being the generous and kind hearted person he was. I spent a lot of time over there during a period of about 4 or 5 years. I had such wonderful conversations with him during those time. He was a wonderfully, genuine and kind hearted friend. The best anyone could ever ask for.

Kendals“s laugh is just infectious,
When you hear it, you know everything`s just gonna be OK.
His curiosity and wisdom was like no other. I would love to ask him a lot more questions about cars and computers and music and everything else.

My Mom was Kendall's aunt. He was very special to her. She always said "Kendall and Kayla" I thought they were twins until I was about 7. His talent with music was something she really admired. I have some vivid memories of him.
He was 10 years older than me. When I was 6 he lived with us in Billings, Montana. I was in awe that he could give make, model and year of every vehicle we saw. He taught me the "Nobody Loves Me" song, and fought the big scary water beetles in the trash can lid. We had cats and horses and he helped with all of them.
When he was 26 I saw him in Eugene. He had such style and panache that I knew I was lucky to be related to him. He was wearing a kangaroo fur jacket.
In 1978 my daughter was taken from me by her father. Kendall put his whole life on hold to come to the airport to pick me up. He took time off from work, let me use his phone to make long distance call. His love and concern got me through a terrible time.
I loved hearing him play the piano, talking with him, and I will always wish I had more time with him.
