Carolyn,
I was the Labor Relations Coordinator for PENNDOT in Uniontown Pennsylvania. I retired in June 2007. When I first started in LR, I was thrown in head first. Ken helped me navigate the choppy waters. He was my go to guy for LR. He was full of good advice and loads of experience. He prevented me from sinking fast. I will always remember him fondly. My sympathy to you and your family.

I have sent you some of my most personal feelings about KB privately. Please know that you and your sons are in my prayers and that Phil asked me to extend his sypmathies as well. KB was, at one time, my dearest friend and I was very sad to hear of his passing.

Carolyn; My deepest sympathy to you and your family. I am now a retired state employe,who worked with Ken at PaDOT. I have known Ken for 32 years, and I felt that I could always rely on Ken for his wisdom and guidance in any kind of work related situation. Ken will be in my prayers. May he rest in peace.
