HI Ruth and family, so sorry to hear about Ken, and what a lovely text you wrote for us to read. And a touching description ...with patience and dignity....What else could one ask for? I last saw you and Ken at Margeurite's memorial, and my father and I had a good chat about Ken and you and life yesterday. I didn't know he was a paddler and a singer. Such full lives we lead, and long ones, we hope. Thinking of you this week....Andrée Cooligan xo

Dear Ruth and family
We were very proud to have known Ken from Church. Both you and he were such strong supporters of the refugee initiatives and have such wonderfully kind hearts. He was a good man.

Dear Ruth and family, on behalf of the Alta Vista bridge club, I would like to extend our deepest sympathies on your loss. For many years, Ken was club manager and without his leadership, the club would not be what it is today. He was a well respected and well liked duplicate player and you are both missed at the table.

Ruth and family:
Theresa and l, wish to express our deepest sympathy to the whole family in the loss of Kenneth.
In the years we served Mackay United Church, the Brown family were strong supporters of its ministry, and in Ken's case, a significant contributor to the choir's musical offerings on Sunday's. Thank you Ken and family for your support. Joe and Theresa Burke.
