Kenneth "Kenny" Burris Obituary
Ken was a man of many trades and the successful owner/operator of a long haul trucking business, Burris Trucking LLC. His pride in life was supporting his family, and most recently being a papa. Ken loved the great outdoors and was an adventurer who enjoyed camping, exploring nature, and riding his motorcycle. He was a Raiders fan for life.
His favorite pastimes included playing with his grandchildren, singing, dancing, and sharing jokes with family and friends - Ken especially loved making others laugh.
Ken is survived by his wife Josette, his five children Christine, Michelle, Robert, Gianna and Patrick and his three grandchildren Jolene, Gregory and Anabella. He is survived by his mother Mary and his two brothers Stephen and Michael.
Ken was preceded in death by his father Rodger.
Ken can be remembered as a hard worker who taught his children the philosophy of reaching for the stars and never giving up.
Ken shared an important reminder near the end of his life: "Life is all about fun and family."
Ken will truly be missed. May his soul rest in peace.

Kenny, the last 3 years have not been the same without you! I miss you and not a day goes by that I don´t think of you. I continued to keep you in my prayers nightly. I miss your smile, your laugh and all the silly and goofy things you always did.

Happy Heavenly Birthday Kenny. Today has been a sad day without you just like every other day. Miss you so much but you will be happy to know we will be celebrating you tonight with your favorite chili rellenos that Michelle will make.
