Kenneth Stanley Collins, Jr., Retired U.S. Air Force Major

Kent was a good friend of mine when we where teenages at Beale AFB.He was smart and fun to be with.Last time I saw Kent was the summer of 1974,my family stopped by March AFB.Kent and a friend took my sister Karen and I to Disneyland for the evening.We had so much fun, and got lost too! I am so very sad to hear that Kent has passed away so young.

I miss you and I love you. You were really funny and I loved hanging out with you. I loved playing video games with you. I loved it when you wore that hat at Christmas and teased me. I will miss your beautiful smile, your infectious laugh and the wonderful twinkle in your eyes! More than anything I will miss the look on my children's faces after you have played with them or spent quality time teaching them something. Although we were seperated by miles, the loss in not any easier. My thoughts and prayers are with my mother who loved KC to the moon and back.

Dear Kent,
Surely by now you must know that it is hard for your TAMU Corps of Cadets outfit buddies in Sq V. to see you leave us so quickly. Your life, while far too short; depriving all of us of your good humor and kind nature, will long be remembered by the Filthy Fifth. Rest in peace, my friend.
