In memory of

I first met Kenneth on the basketball court. He was one of the fittest of the veteran crew of the International Association of Approved Basketball Officials, (IAABO 12). Always a pleasure to officiate with him. Later we found out that we had many things in common regarding the wholistic community & plant based nutrition. To say that I was saddened at his passing is an understatement. My first reaction was "No, not Ken "Beqsuf, as I had come to know him culturally. Beautiful Spirit. My heart felt condolences go out to all who cared, knew & loved this gentleman. Ken you are loved & missed very much. Rest in Peace & Power Dear BrotherStar. When I look up to the night sky I think about you shining down on us with your truly unique & special sparkle

Damani was in integral part of the Bethesda Coop when I arrived.
Two decades later, I still remember his kind, generous and calm spirit.

I had the honor, privilege and most of all, pleasure, of reffing both soccer and basketball with Ken for the last three decades. Happy to have known him, broke bread with him, and shared his friendship.
Peace out, Ken.
I miss you very, very much.
