Kenneth Hearne Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 19, 2015.
Kenneth Reed "Kenny" Hearne passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015, at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center, Spokane, Washington, after complications from surgery.

He was born August 19, 1976, in Grand Coulee, Washington, to Clay and Shannon Hearne. He went all his school years through the Grand Coulee Dam School District, graduating from Lake Roosevelt High School in 1996. Kenny enjoyed softball, computer games, hunting and going to the casino. He also enjoyed following the Dallas Cowboys and Seattle Mariners. He loved taking care of the many dogs he raised throughout his life.

Kenny always had a smile on his face and was known for giving the best hugs. Nobody was a stranger in his eyes.

He is survived by his parents; one brother, Ronnie; his dogs, Rusty and Kasey; grandparents: Dave and Mary Pearson and Reed and Barbara Duncan; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A celebration of Kenny's life will be held at 11 a.m ., Saturday, August 22, at the North Dam upper softball field. A picnic will follow. Bring your favorite dish and a bag of chips (Kenny's favorite snack).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kenny's name may be made to: GCD Co-Ed Softball League, P.O. Box 8, Grand Coulee, WA 99133, or CAYBA (Coulee Area Youth Baseball Association), P.O. Box 6004, Grand Coulee, WA 99133.
