I just came across this notice and was shocked, and also saddened to read about your Dad. I only knew him a short time, but was amazed at all he did for others, and also for the wonderful personality that the Lord had blessed him with. May God be with you as you walk through this time of great loss. You and children are in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear for your loss Raymonde. Ken was someone very special in my life.You & Ken was a couple whom we all looked up to .He was a wonderful boss but most of all a true friend. I truly appreciated all the time you & Ken came to my place when Raoul was so sick.I will never forget such a great Boss, Friend, he was a great father, grandfather,& most of all a great husband. May your soul rest in peace. I will never forget you Ken.

Dear Raymonde & Family,
My deepest sympathy on the loss of your husband, father & grandfather. I can only imagine how heartbreaking this is for all of you. The news of his passing was heart wrenching for me. Kenn was the person that I admired most in my life; a person with strong moral principles & a very generous spirit.
He had tremendous leadership & mentoring skills. I know first hand that he was held in the highest esteem by EVERYONE at Holiday Retirement. As the Director of Canadian Operations, he was never too busy to take the time to chat with our employees when he visited our facility...be they managers or dishwashers..loved & respected by all. Throughout my career & personal life, whenever I had a difficult decision to make,, I would ask myself: "what would Kenn LeFrancois do?". This little motto has served me well in the past & will continue to do so in future.
His love of his family always shone through & he was so proud of all of you. Raymonde, you & Kenn always struck me as two teenagers in love.
May he rest in peace. I know I will think of him very often & very very fondly.
