Kenneth A May passed away April 4, 2010 at home due to a lingering illness. He was born April 2, 1930 in Oak City, Utah to Richard Morgan and Eunice Mae Anderson May. He grew up in Millard County, served a mission in Hawaii, and served in the military for two years. He married Della Johnson on August 6, 1953 in the Manti Temple. They eventually settled in Spanish Fork, Utah where they raised nine children. He taught his children the value of work as they worked along side him in the masonry business. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he served faithfully in many callings. He is survived by his wife, Della May of Spanish Fork, UT. Children: Susan (Steve) Ewing, Mona, UT; Colleen (Ray) Lyman, Sutherland, UT; James (Charleen), Mapleton, UT; Douglas (Lori), Payson, UT; Duane (Trish), Logandale, NV; Scott (Jewel), Brigham City, UT; Kendall (Becci), Eagle Point, OR; Gary (Kathy), Ames, IA; Julie (Dave) Rawle, Spanish Fork, UT. He is also survived by 45 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 3 granddaughters. Funeral Services will be held Saturday April 10, 2010 at 11:00 am at the Spanish Fork 19th Ward Church, 585 N Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, with a viewing prior to services beginning at 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Friends and family can also attend a viewing Friday, April 9, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Walker Family Mortuary, 187 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
