Kenneth Gordon Moreland, 66, of Pea Ridge, died Sunday, December 1, at his home. He was born June 23, 1947, at Jamesville, Wisconsin, to Ernest and Doreen Moreland. He was a baker for Harris Bakery in Rogers for eighteen years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and being with his twenty-two month old daughter, Amy. He is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Clarence Moreland and Ronald Moreland.
Survivors are his wife Vickie Moreland and daughter Amy of the home; three children, JJ Moreland, June Moreland, and Darcy Moreland all of Monona, Iowa; seven step-children, Jason Young, Grace Young and husband Jose Perea, Charity Young, Jesse Shriner, Faith Young, and Seth Young all of Cave Springs, Angel Schriner of Pea Ridge; four brothers, Jerry Moreland of Louisiana, Paul Moreland and Linda of Madison, Wisconsin, Ray Moreland and Debbie of Dalton, Wisconsin, and Travis Moreland and Patty of Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin; six sisters, Nancy Moreland of Waunakee, Wisconsin, Jeannette Frye and Herb of Columbus, Wisconsin, Vicki Marshall and Stanley of Marshall, Wisconsin, Sharon Sifford of California, Karen Weissmann and Jerry of Columbus, Wisonsin, and Cheryl Heintz and Harley of Westfield, Wisconsin; his father and mother-in-law, Edward and Paulette Schriner of Pea Ridge; two brother-in-laws Bryon Schriner of Ohio, and Michael Schriner of Pea Ridge; three sister-in-laws, Linda Schriner of Illinois, Susin Schriner of Pea Ridge, and Evelyn Schriner and Kenneth Foster of Pea Ridge; many grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
