Kenneth was a colleague, boss, mentor, and friend of mine at the US EPA. He was a very caring, fair, and wonderful individual. I will remember his good acts and keen wit. He will be always remembered at EPA for his tireless work in the grants program.

Joan: Kenny was a dear friend and so are you. My days with Ken at Cooper were special and it was wonderful that we were able to touch base over the years. I was so looking forward to seeing you both at our 50th Cooper reunion. Ken had a real zest for life and I will miss him. I have some pictures that I hope to send you. My sincere condolences to you and your daughter.
