My belated condolences to Doris and all the other family members. I share in your loss; I had the privilege of serving with LTC Taggart at the 90th ARCOM, Ft. Sam Houston for many years. I can say Ken was a superb officer and always an erudite gentleman. He will be missed.

We send our sincere condolences for Ken's passing. I guess I didn't know that Ken's middle name was Marvis but I know that Ken and my dad, Marvis Hogen, had a special relationship. My memories of Ken were when we were growing up in the small towns of Timber Lake and Kadoka with many family gatherings in both places.
There are many great memories of those times. Our thoughts and prayers are with you now. May he rest in glory.
