I was very shocked to hear about Kerry from my son Dejo who had chatted with Sam on Facebook - I met Kerry when Sam and Dejo played together on the junior Dinos basketball team - He was a very dedicated dad and he was present at every practice and game. I found him to be the perfect gentleman, intelligent, kind and articulate, we had many interesting conversations and solved a lot of world problems during the boy's practices and games. He was taken too soon, I am so sorry to hear of his passing. Denise and I want to express our heartfelt condolences and want you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time.

Dear Cathy, Matt & Sam,
It was with shock & disbelief that we heard about Kerry. I have known him since the late seventies through to the nineties. Hersh & I enjoyed the few times we got together on a social basis. We no longer live in Calgary so we have not been in touch the past few years.
I will remember him for his inappropriate comments and sarcastic sense of humor in the early years and that is a good thing! He was a real character and one of a kind. I will also remember his sincere and sensitive side as well. Hersh always enjoyed a game of golf with Kerry and looked forward to his antics on the golf course.
He was very loyal to to his family and friends and we can only imagine the pain that his passing has caused.
Our sincerest thoughts are with you, his family and friends, now and in the future.

We will remember Kerry always, as a first class guy, right out of the Cadillac TV commercials.
He is Loved and cherished as a Brother in law and Uncle in our family.
He is a piece of our family puzzle, now missing but never forgot.
