AYOTTE, Kevin Donald
1960 – 2016
Employee of Unisource Canada Inc. for 35 years.
Longtime hockey player for CPSHL.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Kevin, on Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at the age of 55. Loving husband and best friend of Carolyn. Beloved father of his furry kids Jo-Jo and Brody. Eldest son of Lois and the late Elzear "Bay" Ayotte. Big brother to Brian and Steven. Nephew of Gary and the late Millie Dean, Stewart and Cathy Guerard. Son-in-law to Barb and the late Harold McKay. Brother-in-law to Nick and Nancy Urbisci. Cousin to, and missed by the families of, Terry and Mary Lou Dean, Randy and Loretta Dean, Brent Guerard, and Tammy and Ryan Kennedy. Deeply missed by his nephews Austin, Tyler, Shane, Zachary, Matthew, Anthony and Alexander. Kevin will be missed by his extended Ayotte family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of 5E at the Ottawa General Hospital for their outstanding care, particularly Jenny, Jess, Phil, Emma, Ashley, Iryna, and Doctors Froeschl and Fitzgibbons. Kevin will always be remembered for his smile, laugh, twisted sense of humour, his love of Corvettes, and hockey. Friends may pay their respect at

Carolyn and the Ayotte Family,
One of my memories of Kevin's sense of humor took place on his final day of employment at Richmond Bakery. When I finished my shift, I found my car completely filled with empty flour bags. While I was ridding my car of the debris, the culprit, Kevin, was hiding behind the pipe chase having a good laugh. The air was a little blue, but I could not help but laugh myself. Over the years, anytime I ran into him, he still projected that warm mischievous smile.
Kevin will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
My thoughts are with you.

Carolyn: I was stunned when I heard the news a few hours ago regarding Kevin passing. I was blessed to meet you at the Job Finding Club, and later met Kevin.
