I have just learned of Kevin's passing, and wish to convey my sympathies and condolences. Kevin worked with
me when I was the General Services Officer at the US Embassy, Port of Spain. He was an excellent member of
the staff upon whom I relied heavily. He knew his job thoroughly and the Embassy benefited greatly due to
his skills, insights and his devoted sense of duty. I am saddened to know of his passing. May he rest in peace.

My sympathies to Anne and family. I did not know Kevin a long time, but in the time I knew him I found him to be a very kind and helpful person. We met when his neighbor. Marlene was Sick and helped her during this time. I was completely shocked at his passing and will continue to pray for him and his family.

I only received the sad news today. Kevin and I attended the same alma mater in Trinidad and Tobago, Queen's Royal College. I was lucky to have met him and his family later when we were older. He was always smiling, pleasant but focused. My deepest condolences to Ann, kids and the rest of family and friends. May he rest in peace.

Kevin, you left us way too soon. I was fortunate to have known you and worked with you at the County. I will always remember your friendliness and kindness. You will be missed my friend. My sincerest condolences to your loved ones.

I knew Kevin through his time spent as an Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 229. Kevin was a gracious teacher, always willing to be patient and understand with the youngest members. His positivity and lighthearted attitude in the Troop was infectious, none of us that knew him will forget his contributions.

Words cannot express how shocked and saddened I am to hear of the passing of Kevin.
I knew him as a fellow Broward County employee. We would meet some evenings as we walk to the garage on our way home. He was such a polite, pleasant gentleman.
May wonderful memories bring comfort to his family as our loved ones never really die...they live forever in our hearts. Rest in Peace my friend.

I worked with him in Port Everglades and it was always a pleasure. He always went out of his way to help me and many others with some difficult purchasing buys. There are just not enough words to express my deepest sympathy to wife and family. He is watching down on you all just as he was always talking about you and how proud he was of his family.

I am finding it so hard to express how much Kevin touched my life. Having worked with Kevin at Port Everglades, I will never forget his smile, kindness and sense of humor. Kevin never missed sending a friendly message so that we stayed in touch, and always mentioned his beautiful family during our conversations. You will be missed so much, my friend.

My condolences to the Cheerangie family. I feel fortunate to have known Kevin during my time with boy scouts. He was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful to all. Till we all meet at the great scoutmaster’s camporee, rest easy my friend.

I knew Kevin through the Boy Scouts. He was a great man and father, always willing to lend a helping hand and with a gentle demeanor. I will remember him and his son Joshua forever.

When I heard of Kevin’s passing, I was in disbelief. He started around the same time I started at Port Everglades, and it was a great pleasure to know him as a co-worker and friend. He will deeply be missed. I have good memories of Kevin and his laugh we always shared many stories. We lost a good friend, and heaven has gained an Angel. May God bless his family and give them strength through this difficult time you all will be in my prayers.

We were shocked and saddened by the news of Kevin's passing. As a long time employee of Broward County and Port Everglades, Kevin's knowledge, professionalism. and quiet confidence guided our staff through many complex procurements. and will serve as an example to others. On behalf of the entire team at Port Everglades, our thoughts and prayers are with his entire family as they grieve his passing. May he rest in peace.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin. He was kind and considerate with all of his co-workers. May the memories of happy times sustain his family with the passage of time.
