My sweet Kevin... my heart is beyond broken. I can't even. This is absolutely not how it was suppose to be but I pray that you fly high and are as happy as you deserve to be. To the Frater family, you have lost the most amazing person I have ever met. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this incredibly difficult time. My love forever..

It's been over eight years since I have seen Kevin, unfortunately. It is impossible for me to look back on my childhood and not think of Kevin. He made me laugh he made everyone laugh. He had a warm spirit, he loved to laugh and sing. He is a good soul. Fishing, canoeing, camping, riding dirt bikes...he made those good times better. If I ever met Owen I would tell him this "your father is a good man, caring, kind and lovable. His spirit lives in you and you are his legacy, be proud of that". Kevin will be missed by all that knew him. Our lives took different paths and our friendship faded but I will never forget the fun times we had in some of the best years of my life.

Dear Pat and Robert,
Through camaraderie, Kevin, I, and fellow friends, came together to enjoy the best that life can give. Nothing was ever required or planned, cause with Kevin there, joyous times just occurred right on demand. His positive demeanor, his compassion, his joyous outlook towards all, perpetuated and even elevated this gift of Gladness he shared with all. Somehow, someway, this guy had humor in his pocket with him, each and every day. Kevin could take any awkward confrontation, and flip it into a fortunate conversation. He could reconcile any bad situation, by simply spinning it, into a joyous occasion. When he was absent, days were not the same: they were dull and somewhat mundane. I just wanted to say, thank you Kevin for these wonderful gifts you brought us, fore we are all still laughing because you continue to radiate joy to each and every one of us.
A real friend,

To neighbors in our heart, Kevin's smile will not fade in our memories. I know the pain you have today will fade, soon, we pray. His charm and love for his family were apparent to all who knew him. We pray that Owen will grow strong with all of Kevin's best qualities. Much love and many prayers for God's healing. Love always, Ken and Linda Bevan
