Even though he was one of the "cool kids" in High School and older than me, he was always kind to me made me feel important and included. May the love and light of his life bring you comfort and peace now and always.

My condolences to the Hartbarger family. I hope the pleasant memories are abundant and the grieving process brief.

Kevin was nothing short of amazing. Whether it be saving me from falling off a pile of rocks when I was a young girl, or cheering me on for my high school graduation, Kevin was like a father figure to me. Our families could not be any farther apart in distance, but we are so close in heart. It was obvious how much love he had for his wife Barb, and his two daughters Kristina and Jessica. Whenever Kevin walked into a room you couldn't help but smile. He always had something funny to say and when our families would get together everything just clicked... Everything felt right. I'll never forget you Kevin, you'll always be in my heart.

Kevin was like a second father to my sister Mallorie and I. We knew we could always go to him if we had any problems, and we knew we could count on him when we needed it most without hesitation. He was an amazing person. He will be missed terribly by our whole family, and everyone around him. Sending my love out to the Hartbarger family through this difficult time.
