Our heavy hearts go out to the Kohut family. We in our neighborhood feel a great loss for a friend. We remember Kevin with a smile.I liked his gentleness as a kid.The trips to Celebrity to spend all day on his money or grandmas. The slot cars in the basement and always music. When your only 12 years old you remember the music. Kevin loved music. Music in the garage. That garage was very cool with hubcaps an all. Fritz, Kevins dog was always feared by me and others. Beautiful german shepherd. Circle park,Wash park(the desert frisbie,monkey island)Gaylord St.,South HS,Colorado Four,Abc bowl. Bonnie Brae before it was hip. Hobby shop,dumpster diving and the Campus Lounge.Kevin and Mark were there for all that and it was alot of fun going through it then. So from all Kevins friends in the in the neighborhood our deepest sympathys and may God shine a light on Him. "If we can just hold hands" The Rover.

I will always remember all the great times spent together,concert's, listening to music,stories Mark and Kevin would share about "Gram", (he was such a tease},watching Kevin holding Luke when Luke was a baby. Kevin had such a gentle side about him that many didn't see. No more pain for Kevin, he is free now. My heartfelt condolences to his family on the loss of: a son, a brother, and a husband. I will never forget Kevin. It has been years since I have seen him or his brother, but I know in my heart that God has accepted him and that he is at peace. Kevin was one of a kind, and was unafraid to live life unafraid.
