Koons, 24, of Etters, died Friday, Oct. 19, 2001, at home. He was a 1995 graduate of Red Land High School and attended Harrisburg Area Community College. He is survived by his parents, Russell A. and Linda K. Koons of Etters, and two uncles, Bill Sweigart of Indiana and Dennis Koons of Mechanicsburg. There will be a viewing from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Stone and Murray Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
